A piece of downtown Tacoma property that has served as an industrial site for 92 years is set to get an overhaul this summer. Pre-application documents have been filed with the city of Tacoma to develop a warehouse, called Davis Barn, just east of Thea Foss Waterway near the Port of Tacoma.
