MIG Real Estate has snapped up another Seattle-area property with the $54.5 million acquisition of the 152-unit BluWater apartment complex in Everett. The sale price works out to about $359,000 per unit, well above average in Snohomish County, where sales for buildings with 50 units or more averaged $252,000 per unit through third quarter last year.
