Pillar Properties Starts Development on 2nd Tacoma Apartment Project

After recently breaking ground on its first Tacoma multifamily project, Pillar Properties is now in the early stages of design and entitlement on a site at 1301 Fawcett Ave. in the city’s downtown core.
