Lefmann has been practicing in the Bay Area since 1972, valuing nearly all property types throughout Northern California. He has an extensive condemnation and expert witness background, including work related to many of Silicon Valley’s major transportation and other public works projects. In addition to litigation support and eminent domain, Lefmann’s practice has also focused on ranch, open space and habitat preservation lands, diminution appraisals, and uniquely complex assignments. His clients have included Apple, CarrAmerica, Citicorp, Southern Pacific Pipelines, Sony Corporation, and the U.S. Department of Justice and Department of State.
Lefmann holds the Appraisal Institute’s prestigious MAI designation as well as its SRA and SRPA designations and is a licensed California broker.
