Costa Mesa Apartments on Del Mar Avenue Sold

A family trust has purchased the apartment building at 181 Del Mar Ave. in Costa Mesa, California, for $5.1 million, or $637,500 per unit, from a private trust.

The eight-unit, 8,991-square-foot multifamily property was fully occupied at time of sale, which closed at a 3.33% capitalization rate on current rents.
