Tacoma Apartments Trade for $8M, Continuing Pierce County Sales Boom

Curtis Capital Group, a multifamily investment company based in Bellevue, has purchased the 47-unit Unionaire apartments in Tacoma for $7.8 million.

The two-story, 30,670-square-foot building at 1902 S. Union Ave. was originally built in 1964, according to Pierce County records. The price works out to $165,957 per unit, or $254 per square foot.
