The 200 Occidental building, with its exterior of smooth brick and industrial glass, strikes a vivid contrast from the weathered brick fronts in Pioneer Square.
Public art, including a giant chess set and a firefighters’ memorial, line the courtyard outside its doors. The glass allows pedestrians to see into the Class A+ office space, where timber giant Weyerhaeuser is headquartered. A Mod Pizza and a Mr. Saigon line the ground floor of the 216,000-square-foot building.
