Tarragon has leased out 167,000 square feet in Building 2 of its SeaPort Logistics Center in Sumner to Smart Warehousing LLC, a Kansas City-area third-party logistics company. The 268,000-square-foot warehouse, completed last year, has 36-foot clear height ceilings and 38 dock doors. Smart Warehousing also leases 161,000 square feet in the industrial park’s Building A.
