LA Company Buys North Coast Electric’s Sodo Building

The longtime home of North Coast Electric in the Sodo neighborhood has been sold for $32 million.

North Coast, a 108-year-old company, will shrink its presence in the nearly 84,500-square-foot building at 2424 Eighth Ave. S. by half, said a company manager, who declined to be named because he wasn’t authorized to talk about the deal.
