Seattle Apartment Investor Adds to South Sound Portfolio with $38.5M Acquisition

Seattlle-based Thayer Manca Residential announced it has just purchased the Woodbury Apartments at 3425 Polo Club Lane SE in Olympia for $38.5 million. The company plans to invest $2.3 million remodeling the property.
