Lori Coleman, RPA® has joined Kidder Mathews, the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast, as Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Asset Services, where she will lead the division in Northern California and Greater Los Angeles.
This news follows other significant leadership changes in the division. This summer, Kidder Mathews announced that Paul Klink has been promoted to the company’s President of Asset & Client Services, and Erin French, CPM®, CCIM has been promoted to COO of Asset Services.
Coleman brings nearly 30 years of expertise to Kidder Mathews. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 17 years at Madison Marquette, where she was responsible for West Coast assets from Seattle to San Diego, totaling over $2 billion in assets under management and working with over 20 institutional and private clients. Coleman has led ground-up development and renovations valued at over $500 million.
“We are very pleased to have Lori join us. Her experience, leadership, and overall knowledge of all facets of our industry is very impressive,” says Paul Klink, President of Asset & Client Services. “Her depth of client relationships up and down the coast is certainly welcome as we continue to promote the Client First philosophy throughout our suite of services.”
In her new role at Kidder Mathews, Coleman is responsible for developing and directing the property teams to provide best-in-class service, partnering with clients to identify and execute value strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance and risk management, and business development.
“Joining the Kidder Mathews team was an easy decision for me,” says Coleman. “I was familiar with their impeccable reputation in the industry and want to grow with a company committed to high-quality services for our clients in Property Management, Brokerage, and Valuation Services.”
Coleman has earned a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW), and holds a California real estate license. She was the recipient of the 2019 Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence award and was honored as a Heart of Gold Volunteer from the Telegraph Hill Community Association.
