Usually when land becomes available near Roosevelt Station, where light rail service begins in October, an apartment developer snaps it up. Not this time.

An old medical office building leased to Swedish is on the market at 7210 Roosevelt Way N.E. The early redevelopment plan, filed by Freiheit, is to demolish it and put up a new auto service building for prospective buyer Lee Johnson Holdings LLC, which runs several auto dealerships and also invests in real estate.
