Monica Wallace has joined Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office as senior vice president, where she will continue to specialize in retail real estate on the Eastside and throughout the Puget Sound region.
Wallace brings more than 20 years of experience from her successful career at Wallace Properties in Bellevue. A perennial top producer, she has been the primary leasing agent on more than 120 commercial projects in the Puget Sound market. Notable clients represented include Regency Centers, Legacy Partners and Pillar Properties.
Wallace has earned prominence in both the industry and the local community. Her thorough understanding of leasing new construction retail projects has helped shape neighborhoods by attracting high-quality restaurants, retailers, and services that add to the vibrancy and livability of the surrounding area. She was named Commercial Broker of the Year by Washington Realtors and recognized by Bisnow as a Power Woman — an award honoring influential players in Seattle’s commercial real estate industry. Wallace serves on the board of directors and she is chair-elect of the Commercial Brokers Association. In addition, she is an active member of the Bellevue Downtown Association and Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors.
