Apartment Building Prices Up in Tacoma as Investors Shop Outside Seattle

The excitement over the South Sound apartment market is pushing up the sales price of Tacoma apartment buildings. In the first six months of 2021, the price per unit has gone up 23% compared with 2020, according to a new Kidder Mathews report.
