320-Unit Apartment Project Proposed for Former Johnny’s Fine Foods Site in Tacoma’s Dome District

Tacoma’s Dome District could see more housing in the near future.

Seattle-based Studio 19 Architects filed a pre-permit on behalf of an unnamed client earlier this month to build Mount Bay Apartments, a 320-unit apartment development at the site of the Johnny’s Fine Foods building.
