125-Unit Mixed-Use Building Planned at West Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles

A six-story mixed-use development could be coming to Los Angeles, after plans were recently submitted to the city Planning Department. Should they be approved, commercial and residential space will soon replace the strip mall currently on site.
