San Diego’s industrial market remains competitive as rental rates hit an all-time high in the first quarter of 2021, a recent report from Kidder Mathews showed.
“They’ve absolutely increased,” Mickey Morera, executive vice president of Kidder Mathews’ San Diego industrial division, said. “We’re at the point where, at a year ago in North County, San Diego, if you were a 100,000-square-foot tenant, you would have eight options and now you only have one or two.”
