A downtown San Jose office building that was built more than a century ago has been bought by a Bay Area investor who now owns a prominent property on one of the city’s key corners.
The six-story office structure had at one point been slated to become a fitness center, but the building went on the sales block after those plans dissolved in the face of the coronavirus.
