L.A. Office Vacancies Hit All-Time High

Los Angeles offices can reopen as the county loosens restrictions during the coronavirus crisis. But that doesn’t mean they will.

Direct vacancies and sublease availabilities for office space across the metro hit all-time highs in the first quarter, according to Kidder Mathews’ first-quarter Los Angeles Office Market Report, suggesting businesses are reevaluating their office needs after a year of working from home.
