Gig Harbor Apartment Complex Sells for Over $5 Million

Curtis Capital Group has purchased Laurelwood Apartments, a 28-unit multifamily complex in Gig Harbor, Washington.

The buyer acquired the property from a private investor taking title as 3444 Erickson St. LLC for $5.1 million, or about $182,000 per unit, according to CoStar data.
