City of SeaTac Might Buy and Develop TOD Sites at Angle Lake Station

About two years ago, Sound Transit began to gauge interest among developers for two surplus parcels it owns at Angle Lake Station. The City of SeaTac is now mulling a plan to buy and develop what the agency calls the North and South Transit Oriented Development sites.
