Portland’s Lower Albina on Track for Affordable Housing

A 0.67-acre development site located in Portland’s Lower Albina neighborhood between North Flint and North Wheeler avenues is soon to become an affordable housing development. To that effort, Kidder Mathews brokers Clay Newton, Jordan Carter and Tyler Linn assisted in connecting owners Betsy and Rich Reese with Edlen & Company to oversee the development. Kidder Mathews made the connection because this type of project would require an experienced team to bring multiple agencies to the table.
