Studio 7500 is a single-tenant, two-story 35,000 square foot office building. It is located at 7500 166th Avenue N.E. in Redmond, Washington, across the street from the future downtown Redmond light rail station.
Mike Grainger, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews, is the senior property manager assigned to lead the property management team for Studio 7500.
