Dana Plaza, a retail investment property located at 21701 and 21721 Lake Forest Drive in Lake Forest, California, has been purchased by KA Enterprises, a commercial real estate investment company, for $12,100,000. Kidder Mathews’ investment broker Fouy Ly represented KA Enterprises in the transaction, and Parker Commercial broker John Moss represented Dana Lake Forest, LP.
Dana Plaza is a 31,503 square foot shopping center situated on 3.5 acres of land and anchored by Exxon Mobile, 7-Eleven, Lake Forest Montessori School, and Subway.
“Very few multi-tenants retail transactions have taken place during the Pandemic. There were a lot of moving parts in this deal, including the buyer had to close in all cash,” said Ly. “This sale was one of ten multi-tenant retail transactions over $10,000,000 to close in Orange County in 2020. Blackstone bought six, and the remaining four sold to a private investor,” he said.
