Veteran debt & equity finance broker Mark Doris has joined Kidder Mathews’ Roseville office as a senior vice president, where he will specialize in providing solutions to commercial mortgage debt in the Sacramento area.
Mark has been in the commercial real estate finance industry for more than 30 years. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a managing director at Preferred Capital Advisors. Before that, he spent 17 years with Wells Fargo Real Estate Capital markets, where he represented the bank as an originator in the Northwest U.S. and closed over 200 commercial real estate loans totaling over $1 billion. Before joining Wells Fargo, he was a vice president in the Commercial Real Estate Group at U.S. Bancorp in Sacramento and an investment broker at CB Richard Ellis in the Sacramento market.
Mark has been a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, where he was the past president of the Sacramento Chapter and on the national board of directors.
