Albina Vision Trust unveils first projects in its neighborhood restoration plan

The group devising a restorative plan to redevelop the Lower Albina neighborhood announced its first development project Wednesday.

The Albina Vision Trust plans to build affordable housing and a community theater between North Flint Avenue and North Wheeler Avenue in the district. It’s the group’s first project within the 94-acre neighborhood around the Rose Quarter.
