73 U District Units, Marketed With Sister Project, Move Closer to MUP

Gracorp Capital has two apartment projects planned along University Way Northeast. The north corner site, at 1400 N.E. 55th St., has now passed successfully through design review, which clears a path toward a master use permit. Neiman Taber Architects designed the five-story, 73-unit plan. It’ll also have about 2,200 square feet of retail/commercial space.
