A six-story office building at one of the four corners at First and Santa Clara streets in downtown San Jose is up for sale. The listed price: $18 million, or about $364 a square foot.
“We think it’s an incredible and a rare opportunity for an investor or an owner-user to acquire an office building in one of the most active intersections in downtown San Jose,” Chris Rowe, first vice president at Kidder Mathews’ San Jose office, said Friday. The building, which is also available for lease, officially hit the market for sale Nov. 30, Rowe said.
