Final design review coming for 212 Ballard units in 2 buildings

The two-building, 212-unit Ballard Hub proposal, designed by Bumgardner Architects, had its first design review in the summer of last year. The third and likely final review will be in a virtual meeting on Dec. 14.

The south building, at 1740 N.W. Market St., will replace an old retail/commercial complex, now home to FedEx Office. North across the alley, a parking lot will give way to the second building, at 1741 N.W. 56th St.
