Ben Rojas has joined Kidder Mathews as a senior vice president and will be based in the Pleasanton and Silicon Valley offices. Rojas specializes in the disposition and leasing of R&D and manufacturing real estate throughout Silicon Valley. Clients he has represented include Peninsula Land & Capital, South Bay Development, AT&T, and Siemens USA.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Rojas spent ten years at CBRE in Oakland and San Jose and eight years with Grubb & Ellis in San Jose.
