Nike-Leased Warehouse Sells for $12.2M to Washington Buyer

A Washington real estate investment firm purchased a flex warehouse leased to Nike, Kidder Mathews said on Wednesday, a sign of industrial’s continued popularity. The sale price was $12.2 million.

Nike’s current lease for the Cortez Building is good through April 2025, the real estate firm said. The athletic wear giant has leased space there since 1994.
