A newly completed Facebook office building in the Spring District has been sold for $365 million, co-developer Wright Runstad & Co. said Thursday.
Brookfield Asset Management Real Estate Fund is the new owner of the 11-story Block 16 building, according to Wright Runstad, which is co-developer of the 36-acre Spring District with Shorenstein Properties.
