Winlock is now home to both the region’s largest industrial lease of 2020 as well as the World’s Largest Egg.
Lowe’s Home Improvement signed the lease for 1.2 million square feet at Benaroya Pacific Northwest Regional Logistics Center, according to commercial real estate industry sources. Larry Benaroya declined to comment, and Lowe’s has not yet responded to a Business Journal inquiry.
