Herber Aircraft Service, a manufacturer and distributor of FAA-approved aircraft parts, has signed a 15-year lease for a Class A warehouse unit at Nash + Maple Center in El Segundo, California. The landlord is Cohen Asset Management, a private real estate investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers Luke Staubitz, Harvey Beesen, Andrew Dilfer, and Brianna Demus represented the landlord in the transaction.
Nash + Maple Center is located at 755 N. Nash Street in El Segundo, California. Herber Aircraft Service will occupy a 23,959 square foot industrial unit that includes 5,200 square feet of offices. Cohen completed a total refurbishment of the space prior to the lease.
“The leasing of Nash + Maple not only speaks to the strength of certain industrial assets today but also to the Kidder Mathews teams’ professionalism and expertise, which were pivotal in the successful leasing of the space,” said Maxx Cohen, Acquisitions, Cohen Asset Management.
