The 12-acre Sawdust Supply yard, at 7409 S. 202nd St. in Kent, has sold for $23.6 million, according to King County records. The buyer was an LLC related to Duke Realty, the publicly traded logistics REIT that’s based in Indianapolis. It has lately been increasing its footprint in our market.
