Windermere Puts Belltown Corners on the Sales Block

Windermere Real Estate has had an office at 2420 Second Ave. in Belltown for about 37 years. But now the little brick building on the corner of Wall Street, plus its corner parking lot on Third Avenue, are being offered by that brokerage’s Lauren Hendricks. The asking price for both corners is $16.5 million, or about $849 per square foot.
