Ryan Sharpe has joined Kidder Mathews as a vice president and will be based in the Orange County and El Segundo offices. Sharpe will lead a brokerage team that includes Ali Lodin and Darren Fitch and specializes in coastal retail investment sales in Southern California.
Sharpe and his team have over a decade of experience advising owners of single-tenant, multi-tenant, mixed-use, and urban infill retail properties. They also specialize in facilitating tax-deferred 1031 and 1033 exchanges. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Sharpe was with CBRE in Newport Beach.
