Amos Bracero Joins Kidder Mathews to Lead Property Management Services in Orange County and Greater L.A.

Amos Bracero, has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as a senior vice president, and he will lead Kidder Mathews’ property management services in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County markets. In this role, he will be responsible for managing select client assets, supporting and directing the firm’s property management teams, client development and support, and quality control in service delivery.

Bracero has over 25 years of experience in commercial property management. His past experience includes operational oversight of a portfolio that grew from 13 properties to 130 properties in 30 states and overseeing more than five million square feet of Class A industrial real estate in Southern California.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Bracero served as vice president and group manager of property management for JLL’s Southwest region, senior property manager for CBRE, vice president for Thompson National Properties, and regional property manager with Triple Net Properties / Grubb & Ellis. During his tenure at Thompson National, he oversaw a 19 million square foot national portfolio consisting of Class A office, industrial, and retail assets. Bracero’s most recent assignment was California Commercial, where he focused on medical offices and health centers, opening three Class A healthcare centers for Hoag Hospital in Orange County, California, and managing a medical office portfolio.
