Woodinville West Industrial Flex Office Park Sells for $28M

Woodinville West, a 172,449 square foot industrial flex office park located at 16650, 16750, 16928, 16932 Woodinville Redmond Road NE in Woodinville, Washington, has sold for $28,000,000 to a private investor. The seller was Woodinville West, LLC. Zach Vall-Spinosa, an executive vice president with Kidder Mathews, represented the buyer in the transaction.

Woodinville West is comprised of four high-quality, concrete and steel-framed buildings ranging in size from 21,345 square feet to 69,997 square feet. It is close to downtown Bellevue, Microsoft headquarters, regional Google offices, and major area freeways. It is 20 minutes from Paine Field Airport and 30 minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport.
