Blue Origin Pays $5M for Arlington Industrial Land

A 6.2-acre future development site at 6200 188th St. N.E. in Arlington sold late last month for just over $5.1 million, according to Snohomish County records. The buyer was Casting Operations LLC, which is associated with Blue Origin, the space exploration company founded by Jeff Bezos.
