Janet Neman is an executive vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews in the firm’s West Los Angeles office. She is recognized in the Broker-Investment Sales category.
Neman has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. She specializes in the analysis, marketing, and sales of commercial investment properties. During her career, Neman has sold more than $1.6 billion in assets. She has played a significant role in changing the dynamics of the male-dominated commercial real estate industry. She gives back to both her community and the industry through her volunteerism and mentorship of the next generation of real estate professionals.
Consistently a top-ranking broker, Neman continues to set and exceed performance standards within the commercial real estate industry. Karen Benoit is the senior vice president of corporate marketing and a shareholder at Kidder Mathews. She is nationally recognized in the Women of Influence Awards in the Marketing/Communications Professional category.
Benoit is a tenured executive and a shareholder in the firm who is responsible for directing all aspects of Kidder Mathews corporate marketing, brand strategy, and communications. During her extensive career with Kidder Mathews, she has significantly enhanced the firm’s market presence, built an industry-leading marketing team of over 70 professionals, and she has helped strategically expand the firm from four to 22 offices and 900 professionals to become the largest privately held CRE firm on the West Coast. While serving on the company’s executive team and strategic planning committee, she has earned kidder Mathews over 400 awards and accolades during her career.
This is Benoit’s third honor by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum in recent months. She was nationally recognized in June for her leadership as one of CRE’s Best Bosses of 2020, and she was honored nationally in December 2019 as a Top Influencer in CRE Marketing & Communications for her impact in creating a renowned brand reputation for Kidder Mathews.
