An apartment tower in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood has sold to an out-of-state investor for a healthy price tag. According to public documents, Palm Beach Gardens, Flor.-based Westbrook Partners acquired the 17-story building for $66.5 million, or just under $360,000 per unit. The seller was New Jersey-based 311 Cedar Street LLC, affiliated with Hartz Mountain Industries.
