Aurora Warehouse Sells for Over $2.5M

A warehouse at 1137 N. 96th St. sold for a bit over $2.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Aurora Avenue Development LLC, associated with Quiring family, of Quiring Monuments, which acquired the property in 1998 for $750,000.
