Alpine Food Distributing, Inc., an Oregon-based, family-owned food distribution company, has purchased two distribution facilities, located at 9696 S.E. Omark Drive in Milwaukie, Oregon, for $12,250,000. The seller was Oregon Transfer Co. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Steven Klein and Peter Stalick, represented Alpine in the transaction.
Alpine previously leased the distribution facilities, which total 220,000 square feet and are adjacent to a 280,000 square foot facility already owned by the company.
