Toolots Inc., a California-based online marketplace and distribution channel for factory-direct industrial tools, machinery, and technology, has completed the lease on a warehouse distribution facility located at 17783 Indian Street, Moreno Valley, California.
The 436,350 square foot building is owned and operated by KKR Alpha Industries, a leading owner and operator of industrial, logistics, and warehouse/distribution properties in select core markets throughout the United States. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Robert Feathers and Brian Bennett, represented Toolots Inc. in the transaction, one of Kidder Mathews’ largest lease deals in the Inland Empire to date.
“There’s a notion the industry stopped due to COVID-19, but deals are still getting done. Tenants will come out of COVID-19 and take advantage of the market despite others going out of business or downsizing,” said Feathers.
