Food Distributor Pays Over $12 Million for Two Portland-Area Industrial Buildings

Alpine Food Distributing purchased two industrial buildings in Milwaukie, Oregon, for $12.25 million, or about $55 per square foot.

The food distributor acquired the distribution facilities from Oregon Transfer Co., a Portland-based third-party logistics company. Previously leasing both buildings, Alpine exercised its option to purchase the property.
