Lake Oswego Executive Park, a flex industrial business park located at 5755-5795 Jean Road in Lake Oswego, Oregon, has been purchased by Diamond J Investments, LLC, a local real estate investment company, for $7,250,000. The seller, King Capital Investments, LLC, is a local entrepreneur and real estate investor. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Zach Francis and Karla Hansen, represented both parties in the transaction.
Lake Oswego Executive Park is a three-building, 37,197 square foot business park situated on 2.26 acres, one-half mile from the I-5 interchange. It is located in the desirable city of Lake Oswego in the Portland metropolitan area.
King Capital Investment purchased the property approximately 18 months earlier for $6 million. In that brief amount of time, they were able to raise rental rates and successfully re-sell.
“This is the second time we have sold this amazing property in Lake Oswego. It is a prime example of the burgeoning investment market in the Portland Metropolitan area pre-COVID-19,” said Francis. “In a short period, we were able to produce a seven-figure profit for the seller while also satisfying the buyer’s goals and objectives in the transaction,” he said.
