Veteran commercial real estate broker, Michael Navarro, has joined Kidder Mathews’ Orange County office as a senior vice president and shareholder, where he will specialize in major tenant representation and the sale and leasing of retail properties.
Navarro has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as the owner of Navarro Retail Group, Inc., one of Southern California’s premier boutique retail advisory firms that was founded in 2002. Before that, he was a top producing broker with Grubb & Ellis in Newport Beach, California and owner of Radius Retail Advisors which he sold to Insignia-ESG. Significant clients he has represented include Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory, Sam’s Club, and Best Buy. Navarro has completed over 30 transactions for Walmart throughout Southern California.
