Kidder Mathews has added two veteran commercial real estate brokers to its Bellevue, Washington office. Steve Pelluer and Kim Hutchins, previously with Colliers International. Both have been named senior vice presidents and will join the firm’s religious & educational facilities group, specializing in assisting non-profit institutions with acquisition and disposition of religious and education related facilities.
Together, Pelluer and Hutchins have more than five decades of commercial real estate experience and have completed lease and sales transactions totaling over $430 million. Some of their larger clients include Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Downtown Cornerstone Church, Canyon Hills Community Church, and Providence Classical Christian School, to name a few.
Pelluer graduated from the University of Washington, where he was a quarterback for the Huskies and Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Year. Steve went on to play in the NFL for eight years, most notably five years for the Dallas Cowboys. Hutchins graduated from the University of Texas Austin and also holds a law degree from Southern Methodist University. “We are very excited to have Steve and Kim join Kidder Mathews,” said Brian Hatcher, president of brokerage. “We are always in pursuit of quality, well-respected professionals, and Steve and Kim are two of the most respected brokers in the industry.
