Jenette Bennett, CCIM, first vice president and shareholder in Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office, has been honored as a national 1st Place winner of CCIM’s President’s Cup award for the Central Arizona Chapter, where Bennett served as chapter president in 2019.
The CCIM Institute honors nine individuals annually, and only three 1st Place winners nationally. Those who are selected demonstrate the highest degree of skill, ingenuity, and innovation in promoting the CCIM Institute brand at the local and regional levels.
CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. A designee has completed graduate-level coursework in financial and market analysis and has demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. The CCIM Institute provides the highest ethical standards and quality educational programs to members.
Bennett has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 15 years specializing in the sale and leasing of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail and land for development in the Phoenix market. In addition to serving as the 2019 CCIM Central Arizona Chapter president, she has served on the chapter’s board in various roles, including education committee chairs, treasurer, and vice president.
The President’s Cup Awards were announced at CCIM Institute’s Midyear Governance Meeting, held virtually this year on April 17.
